Anyone please share your experience or ideas to get roll off from a project? I checked with my manager and seems like he is not ready to release me. I am here from last 8 months in the company

Thanks for your suggestion but i am afraid if they will give the wrong feedback and what if they will put me on pip is it possible too?

I tried too, they said you have to spend min 15 months in current project to ask for roll off
