How to get release from project
I have been asking for release for more than 2 years. First my delivery manager blocked me then client partner , now delivery head is also saying I cannot do anything.
Even hr is not supporting. I am stuck in this project for 4 years.
Please give idea

Getting release is very hard unless you have very strong reason so I would suggest you seek opportunities elsewhere that is the best option
Just email them and keeping the world in cc that u don't see ur self growing in the current project and it does not align with ur aspirations. That's it. with immediate effect.. release u to RMG to find other project. If they don't.. then let me know.
Same for me. They are not willing to release even though I asked my manager so many times.
U mention the reason for getting released from the project. If they are not released put few demands. It shows your project is dependent on you.
