Trending @Accenture; How to get release from CIO projects ?
I am in shadow lock period in CIO project. The scrum master is very cunning. A lot of pressure is there in CIO project. I am not from dev background still they are assigning me a lot of difficult tasks. How to get roll off in this shadow lock period ?
Please suggest. Any manager, team lead, AM, ?
No ther way than first ask your du lead if they don't listen involve HR. But above all do you have another project lined up? Id not you'll be on bench
3 projects were in line and cleared all the 3 clients interview but they( CIO ) hard locked me without my consent. I am sure that after getting roll off I will get the project again

What is your team's name in CIO ?
I believe I should not disclose it.
In that case, the only thing I can suggest you is to talk to people lead and project manager and clearly show that you are not interested in this CIO project (whatever team it is) . I am sure they won't be going ahead knowing that you are not interested as CIO is a critical and long term project.
