How to get release from a project?

I am experience candidate got hired in tcs with my technical skills but since last one year i got stuck in non technical project and manager is not giving release.

My project manager is always doing fake promises. Do i need to reach HR?

Just keep posting email everyday until u get official reply from your manager/lead with a good valid reason . Some time after reading the mail they will purposefully release u in the month of March because they will provide less raring and 'C' band also because u have asked released

To get a release from a project in TCS, first, discuss your concerns with your project manager. If unresolved, escalate to HR. Remember, it's a professional environment; maintain decorum. It's not a bazaar where you can just walk away. Your actions impact the team and the client. Be responsible!
