How to get release

Recently joined a project, still getting access to the required things, KT has not started yet, they are planning to keep me in shadow for some time.

I want to be released and wanted to go to another location-Pune which is way near my home town than the current location

The manager is not allowing me to leave, Even my technologies are not matching. I'm just a fresher so what can I do?
