Trending @Infosys; How to get references for work experience from infosys for new companies bgv

Hi, I have joined new company and need to give reference for the work experience at infosys in my new company as part of my background verification process. But the person who was my manager does not work with infosys anymore and other colleagues were all juniors. I don’t know any other manager since I only worked from home. HR generally don’t reply for weeks. What to do in this case?
