How to get promotion From C1 to C2 even after 5 year experience,Please help me regarding

Switch kr le yaha kuch bhi nahi hone wala

It's better to leave the organisation or try asking it on a regular basis all they say is promotion cycle is yet to open

It depends on the Band of 3A or 2A then expect after 4 years of experience . IF ONLY 1A then after 5yr..if no A then 6th year... they are postponing promotions this year.

Can we check anywhere if manager has raised or not?
