As i have more than 4+ years of experience and my last promotion was also before 3year After that i didn't have any appraisal call How should i reach management to show up for myself as they are not looking or maybe ignoring 😖

Management is ignoring as there is no budget this time for even promotions, and if there are any ,the nos. are very low. Its almost same with everyone 😐

Everything is with your senior manager and DU lead. But your immediate supervisor also plays a major role as a feedback issuer. So, get in touch will all of them and make them clear you are expecting a promotion.
