Trending @Infosys; How to get promoted from DSE-0 to DSE-1

I joined infy on sep 2021 as Digital Specialist Engineer and I got confirmation on June 2022 with met expectation then I got outstanding rating on 2022 and 2023 on 2024 I got commendable in year end evaluation and also I have DQ score of 175 and also having one skill tag but still not promoted to DSE-1 I'm from CMEADMROW Unit. Is there anything I'm missing? To whom should I need to connect on this DSE level up .
