How to get projects in mfg unit at tcs Gitanjali park / ecospace, Kolkata?

I am a recent graduate from IIIT with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and I am eager to secure a project in the manufacturing unit at TCS Kolkata. I possess strong technical skills in Python, C++, and Arduino, along with a solid grasp of data structures and algorithms. My competitive programming accomplishments include being a 4-star coder on CodeChef, a Specialist on Codeforces, and ranking in the top 2% on LeetCode. I am particularly interested in a development project, but I am currently placed in the Life Sciences unit. Although I have received offers from other units, they are constrained by budget issues and are only able to accommodate digital candidates, as my package is 9 LPA.
