How to get Project Release?

I am a lateral and I was tagged in to a different technologies which is like a migration project and they are putting more pressure to complete the task and even they are not giving enough time. To do a simple modification in a core program it'll take atleast a sprint but they are assigning 2 or 3 programs and ask us to complete top to bottom analysis of the program within a single sprint and also we have to do the field level mapping. I was totally bursting out. Is it the right time to leave from TCS? I even asked them for skill realignment but I think it won't happen I guess.
