For P4 and P5 there is separate exam You need to go to office for those exams

Max score restricted to P3+, once you attain P3+, you are eligible to take up P4 assessment which consists of proctored in-person handson/real world scenario specific questions. Once you cleared P4 you will be eligible to take P5 once again its in-person exam. If you clear P4/P5 you will get some rewards .
