How to get out of Project
I am in a project where my current skill is Automation but was given Manual Testing, Its been quite sometime, I have raised this as a concern with my manager and HR but they don't take the issue seriously. HR and my manager support each other and Have seen this many cases
What to do? How to get released from the project in TCS?
Please switch it is very much easier if you switch company instead of spending time in that place in the hope of getting another project.
Most projects are like that. Interview taken as automation resources but actual tasks is functional testing only. Most of the folks complaining the same.
Not possible Because I have been asking for the last 2 years. Not giving. Only giving fake promises. Now the karma came to him The manager wants to be released and higher management is not giving him release. He is on NP without offer.
Stop working. When they ask you why? Then you can tell them that you want a different project. Two things can happen:

They will ask you to continue to work for next 3 months and they will give you a new project.. endless loop.. only way out is to resign

They will give c/d band and remove you from project.
Yes. They won't take u seriously untill and unless u have completed 3 years in the same project.. Or won't do ur work due to will issue
