Trending @HCL; How to get out of HCLTECH without serving or serving less days notice period??

Some are saying that it will depend on your manager or HR but ultimately they are not giving early release even if we are ready for buy out option

I came across some different story of my junior who was on bench for 6 weeks and he got call from HR. HR mentioned him to put paper infront of him by sharing screen. Post that HR mentioned, if you dint project within 1 month, you have to leave organisation. Post that conversation, candidate started looking outside and got job in a week.

Now the real story begins.

Candidate put paper and asked for release as he was on bench. HR mentioned to wait till she gets approval. Although he got released in 4th or 5th days post putting paper. But in F&F settlement they cut below components. NOTICE PERIOD RECOVERY (84 days) GRATUITY DEDUCTION

If your manager approves then HR will approve

take sick leave and tell manager u need lwp they will say take immditate release not sure abt other proj one guy did in out proj

You can get an early releases only your rm or project lead needs to agree and HR will do it It can be as low as 7 days
