Trending @Accenture; How to get out from this situation?

My work environment is very stressful, where only work matters, and employee well-being is ignored. My manager and lead could tell from my voice that I was unwell, and I even informed them twice last week while visiting the doctor. Still, neither of them asked if I was okay. Instead, I was told to work from the office.

I had planned a weekend trip, but on Friday, I was suddenly told that we all had to work on Saturday. When I said I couldn’t, I was told that weekends should be kept free for the next two months due to their commitments. This is getting too much. Planned leaves are rarely approved, and if we take unplanned leaves, we are made to feel guilty, as if we have done something wrong.

I am okay to resign also. It would be better to be anywhere but not here. Pleaseeee suggest me what shall I do???
