How to get other companies call

It's been 4.2 years in my IT career and i had received only two calls and one was this tcs.I am not able to get calls may be due to poor work that we do in Support.

Tried faking something and still not getting calls for switch ..what needs to be done for atleast getting selected for interview round...

Referrals are also getting rejected without scheduling interviews ...
