How to get onsite(Foreign) projects in TCS

I may be on the bench soon. How can I explore onsite opportunities or get assigned to an onsite project within the organization.

Getting onsite from the bench is not feasible until you have stamped VISA ready .

Few Accounts may falsely promise that down the line they will consider you for onsite based on your performance in order to onboard you immediately if your skill set matches. Be Alert

start buttering, be part of office politics, align urself with bureaucracy, find someone from your region/language, tell your bosses about interest, develop some good and relevant skills and finally luck plays a major role...
