How to get onsite opportunities in tcs ..is the only way from manager or any other ways too pls suggest

It's difficult for boys. It completely depends on your project onsite scope and various other parameters. Not all are like this, but I have heard many incidents where girls with even less experience get onsite opportunities easily while the higher experienced guys in the team are just being given false assurance every time. Rest you all are smart enough how girls are getting more onsite opportunities than boys. But again not everyone does that. The world and culture have changed a lot. That's the harsh truth.
