Hey all, I have completed 1 year and want to get out of this shitshow going at my company. Thing is next company is looking for immediate joiners. I have a 1 month notice period and about to put papers, how can I get my notice period reduced?

You can give up your leaves and reduce the notice period. If the next company offers a buyout, you can offer the current to pay the rest of the notice. The next company would reimburse this back to you

Talk to HR/Manager.. if there is no dependency you should be able to leave. Also see what's notice period duration in the employment agreement.
