But i have never received any email like that before, i am chasing this from last 1-2 yrs, not getting exact steps

This was from 2020. Not sure for now. Techstar is for CL 11 and above.
Work on your performance and get good rating. Ask your manager to nominate you for 2026 batch. If he is unaware, connect with your people advisor(HR).
If no one is helping you, write an email to “TechStar.Experience@accenture.com” to get information about nomination process.
You will receive an email by October/November to nominate yourself for 2026 batch. The approval will be done by your DU as each DU has some quota. You should have received a good performance rating in your project which will benefit you to get nomination approval from DU level.
There are very limited seats, close to 3000 globally so speak with your PL and highlight your performance for 2025 December cycle.

Its part of Appraisal. In Accenture, top performer get promotion, Second is DA (good hike and full variable), third is TA (decent hike, decent variable and Tech Star program), fourth is CTG, and last PIP.
