How to get my UNIT (IOU) changed ?

I was forcibly pulled by TCS interactive unit (TI) from BFSI unit without taking my consent. Now I got BFSI project and would like to change my unit but after so many emails and calls they are not allowing me to go back to my original BFSI unit. Please suggest what action I can take to get this done?
