How to get more interviews while on my notice period
So my last working day is may 31st. Already had an offer of 8lpa.
Present CTC - 3.5 LPA
Data engineer - 2 YOE So with time I will get more calls I know that so how to get more interviews that above 8lpa i don't want to waste my time and interviewer time so
12dthe jump from 3.5 to 8 is the hard part and you've already cleared it. the question isn't how to get more calls, it's whether you trust your own win or if you need another offer to feel like it's real. you're not trying to beat the market, you're trying to beat your own anxiety. your first big jump always feels like a fluke until you realize you were just underpaid before.
You already have a good offer , no ones gonna offer beyond that. If you to look for better companies at same compensation thats a diff thing.
March april are peak hiring months. Just kepe udating job portals. And look for referrals on linked in.
