How to get job in WFH US based startup companies?

Hi , I'm coming across various posts that people landed wfh job in us based companies. Has anyone any idea how to approach them ?

Currently looking on LinkedIn for jobs , haven't got any luck I look for job posting on platforms and then trying to dm the company person for the refferal. Ppl seldom ghost me .

Any tips how to find and approach opening in us based startup? I'm looking for product/ delivery/ project roles . Currently have ~2 YOE as TPM
