How to get into the ML or AI world.

Currently I have 3.4 YOE in frontend development ( javascript and React) but now I want to get into some other field.

I am thinking:-

To get into Java full stack ( React and Spring) and also there are lots of material on internet Or To get in the ML or AI world ( but don't know how to start, from where to start) but here no good material Or Should I do DSA and System Design

So what should I do, please kindly assist
