I am currently working as a Cloud Engineer, but I am interested in transitioning into a Product Management role. Given my technical background, what steps should I take to develop the necessary skills, gain relevant experience, and successfully make this career shift? One necessary skill after that to succeed is questioning and looking at everything from business value / business problem angle. That’s it. Tech (if at all needed) is an enabler.
