How to Get Interview Opportunities with a 3-Month Notice Period? Need Suggestions

Hi Everyone,

I’m currently applying to a lot of job openings , but I’m struggling to even get interview calls. Is the 3 month notice period the main challenge?. Most of the openings I see prefer candidates who can join immediately or within a month, which makes it really difficult.

I want to grow my career and explore better opportunities, but this notice period is creating a major roadblock. Have you gone through a similar situation or do you have any advice on how to improve my chances of getting interview calls in this scenario?
