How to get Interview Calls?

Hey there,

I’m being impacted with layoffs at AWS with 10 YOE across program/project/stakeholder/team management.

I’m targeting roles that pay 30-35LPA, however, I haven’t got a single call or email since 2 months and all my job applications are either being rejected or not updated with current status.

Please help me with best practices in order to get interview calls as I have no one in my connections who went through this situation earlier.
