How to Get Interview Calls

Hi, I have 4 years of working experience as a front end developer. I have been trying to look for job change. I am actively applying on LinkedIn and Naukri but not receiving many calls. What else can I do?? I have heard that I should go to co working spaces in Bangalore and connect with people. Is it really helpful?? They say that you can get to meet HRs over there and drop your CV.
