How to get interview call?

Hello, I am struggling to get interview call for data analyst and business analyst job role. I apply 10-15 job on company career page, still not getting positive response.

About me - M/23 Skillset - Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI , Statistics and basic ML. ATS score - 60-65 B.Sc. 1 yr of experience as marketing executive ( Took the break due to health issues)

Also I have not very good connections , asked to many folks for referral but they didn't even reply back.

Now I'm thinking to cold emailing. But I'm not sure it will work or not. If anyone faced the same situation and cracked it please guide me. I know what works for you It might not work for me but I'm ready to do anything.
