Talking about money is still some sort of taboo in india. Bangalore has top 5% of highest earners (from job) if not more.
completely off topic how’s microsoft doing currently? In terms of work/future growth?

In terms of culture it is very good.
But in terms of growth in my career, I'm not so satisfied with all the aspects (work, title,promo, salary).
I'm in a pissed off mood an actively looking for a change.
