How to get in to a FAANG.? Is it actually worth it?

Hi Everyone, I have some 2 years of experience as a Java developer and I'm getting 6LPA so I wanted to work on FAANG company share your valuable advice and it's possibly got 50 LPA to share a road map.

I am a BCA graduate with 2 years of experience as an Automation tester in one of the MNC. I am trying to get into FAANG but I am not getting any response. Can someone provide some ideas to get into it??

Thinking of heading to FAANG from Goldman. Can anyone confirm what it is like inside FAANG?
