how to get hired in big tech companies like google, microsoft, atlassian?

I am from a tier-3 college currently in my 3rd year of college ,but I work very hard every day ,from practicing problems and work on my projects I work every single day. For some one like me, who knows my current position and know my realities, is it ok to dream for big tech companies. If yes then how should I prepare for it.
