You can apply for ICICI multi wallet card to claim your internet and mobile bills. Other options are Sodexo and HDFC. Once you receive your card, update monthly amount in BoB and your card details in GESS. I think you can claim upto 2000 depending on your band. You can also apply for 3000 as meal allowance if you haven't already. Refer to HR policy document for more details.

It's a prepaid card, kinda like a wallet. Search for Communication allowance and meal allowance in HR site for detailed steps. You have to update Communication allowance to 2000 in BoB.
In your Bob it's already coming as communication allowance
TCS is already giving 410 for the internet. Check your payslip.
For headphones, phone and all that - your manager would NOT want you to claim.
