Try freelance job platforms: Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, or 99designs or explore niche job boards and websites specifically for designers, such as Design Jobs Board or Smashing Jobs.

Eitherway, create an online presence.. your own website or third party sites like dribble, behance etc

Alt method that works sometimes - Cold Outreach. Reach out to companies directly via email or social media. Explain how your skills can benefit their projects. Maybe they’ll hear you out.
