Trending @Infosys; How to get ECR. Just completed 2 years
Hi, I have completed 2 years in Infosys. I got into project in November. I was in bench before with zero project experience. I didn't get any rating as I was not eligible for rating. I didn't get any appraisal or hike. How can I get ECR. By getting ECR, 1 to 2k in hand salary will increase. Should I have to ask my manager to nominate me.
You have completed 2 years now wait for another 6 months... I have joined infy in Jan 17th 2022... Completed 2.5years... no ECR issued uptill how. Asking manager and HR, they told me its a system generated as we can't do anything.
So what is ECR basically...is it a hike ? If you can pls explain this....and its applicable to only project or bench employees also ?
ECR Early Career Reward is started by Infosys in 2019 which makes an employee eligible for it if he/she has joined in as System Engineer Trainee and have completed 2 or 3 years at Infosys. So you get a fixed percentage hike basically 2-3k added to your monthly payment. Yes every employee wheather on bench or on Project is eligible for this but sometimes managers don't pay attention towards it and my manager doesn't even knew about this. So yeah you are on your own... Raising AHDs and asking HR is all you can do.

One thing I want to add managers will say they don't have anything in their hand but they can get this done my colleagues got ECR while in SE role for DSE and PP managers might not be able to help but for traditional track they can
