How to get early release on probation from tcs

Hi am on probation period in TCS , now i don’t like the work which am doing in tcs ,I don’t think I can learn a lot here . Now I have a better offer in my hand but problem is that they (offered org) open max for 50 days notice period . And tcs have 90 days notice period policy for probation employees as well ,

How can I get the early release from tcs plz help .
