How to get Early Release in TCS
I resigned on 15 August. I have offer with 130% hike In CitiusTech but they want to join in 30 days.
How to get early release. Or short notice period. Can you please help.

If you are a billing resource, the harsh truth is , it's highly impossible to get release from the project. If manager wants to help you at any extent , then it's possible. System is so lethargic, finding replacement itself will take 2 months if you are lucky and manager/ rmg are efficient in finding right resource. Otherwise keep giving interviews in other companies.

30 days in project is hard . Ur manager has control to release u early or not
Ask your manager to release from current project. But you said u resigned on 15 August . Now they will put you here for billing August September October. They will release you in last week of October. This is the real picture and if u have good relations with manager then there is a little chance. i wish you get early release. But they wont release you early until they get quarterly billing from you...
