How to get early release in Capgemini
I was joined Capgemini on 27th jan 2025 I got one better offer so I was resign. the joining date was previously is 21st April in another company I talk to Capgemini HR to leave me early bcoz I am on bench and probation as well but he denied. So I talk to another company she is ready to give me the joining on 9 th June but my last working date is also 9 th June and she is not ready to go beyond 9 th bcoz they are giving the joining only on mondays and the Capgemini HR is also not ready to do a change of 1 day in LWD. Any suggestions?
I believe that relieving and joining can occur on the same day without any issues, provided you can justify it in your experience letter for the other company when you intend to make the switch.
From my side it's not better I will not suggest just for one day u will get Bgv negatives from next switches they have to explain each and every person in future why you did that.. some may understand and some can't soo
Your new company will adjust one day in offer if you talk with hr . Its easy dont take any stress. Its common issue
Raise further to your HR N+1 in CG, 1 day can be done no issue .
Ohh sorry to hear about your situation. Since you joined and immediately resigned so don’t expect any change from Cap side. Better to deal it with your new company. If they are really need you then they will agree.
