Getting released from project but now HR is not releasing me from wipro they are saying you need to serve 90 days notice period. Any suggestions how to get early release.

No early releases in wipro need to serve entire notice period irrespective whether you are on bench or not

Already I'm getting released in July, and post that I will be on bench still HR is not ready for early release 😔

They are not giving early release from the last quarter before that that had given early release many people from my team got early release....after asking my delivery head he said wipro attrition rate have increased so you have to serve notice period now, I am in same situation also
