How to get early release

I've recently received an offer which I truly can't miss, given my underpaid current company. But they're wanting me to join within 30 days but I've an official notice period of 90 days. I've already documented my work and not being part of any new projects but still they might not relive me within 30 days. What can I do to get my exit documents and process smoothly and in time!
