Trending @Capgemini; How to get early release.?
I joined CG in January 2025 and was assigned to a project in February. Unfortunately, I began experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain soon after. Following medical consultation, I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis, and I am currently under treatment for the same.
Due to the continuous discomfort and health concerns, I made the difficult decision to resign from my role in March, even without having another offer in hand. I have submitted documents like doctor’s statement (saying I have 'cervical spondylosis') and prescription, clearly stating my condition and treatment.
Despite this, the medical team has denied my request for an early release, citing the absence of a medical emergency.
Any suggestions on whom to connect?

No need to resign first, you can take work from home by submitting documents then u should resign .I had the same issue but they provided only 1 month of work from home . Every day a number of fake cases are coming so now they are not considerong life style diseases.

WTF is wrong with these guys? Don't they have even an ounce of empathy? MFs

Sorry to hear. Get well soon.
