How to get early exit

Hello everyone I am in very deep financial stress I have somehow managed to get offer but condition with immediate joining I don't have any options I need to get exit from TCS at any cost I have already initiated my release I have resigned and have received acknowledgement of resignation and not acceptance. My mother is hospitalised and I need to join another organisation at any cost. I cannot check the lwd I cannot access italent is there anyway I can get to know my lwd how do I get an early release?
