Trending @Accenture; How to get an early release at Accenture? Need advice

I got selected for a Software Apprenticeship at Google, which was a dream opportunity for me. However, my current company, Accenture, has a 30-day notice period, and they were not willing to release me early despite multiple requests. I spoke to my recruiter at Google, but unfortunately, they couldn’t extend my joining date beyond April 1st. During the hiring process, I was also dealing with a personal tragedy – I lost my father. This offer felt like a ray of hope for my family, both emotionally and financially. Despite trying everything—requesting early release to my HR, and explaining my situation—I have no choice but to decline the offer since I couldn’t serve the required notice period in time. Can some experienced people here please suggest whom should I reach out and raise concern or what else can I do to get the early release i.e before 31st .Looking forward tk replies...Thank you!
