Trending @Accenture; How to get an early release after resignation?
How can I get an early release after resigning? I'm currently on a project. My manager said it's up to the HR and I can talk to them after I've raised the resignation request on the portal but the chances are very slim, they won't be giving an early release.

If your manager is ready for early release...HR will do that..it depends on your Manager

Just to clarify, the approval is required from workday manager or people lead ( reporting manager )?

They approve but they will take remaining months salary righr

If your manager/pl are ok to let you off the project, HR doesn't have any issues releasing you early for sure. It's a cost saving for them
