How to get a transfer from Bangalore DC to Gurugram DC due to medical while on bench as Delivery Manager & HR is saying it’s not possible to change from big DC to small DC instead take leaves for months without pay which is not an option as am the only earning member in family and they have put me on leave forcefully for 20 days causing loss of pay.

No you can transfer from big DC to small DC and I took transfer from gurgaon to noida DC.

What's the process? Noida DC transfers are restricted as of now. Did they start taking in again?

Initiate a personal transfer. I did the same and my transfer process was smooth. Just have a word with your manager and tell the same.

Just swipe your card in Gurgaon DC. Transfer is difficult and subject to genuine medical condition approved by the infy doctor

I think you should try to attend the office from Gurugram DC. If your attendance is getting captured then it's fine
