How to get a SDE internship in Germany

I'm currently in my 2nd year right now and I want to work in a European country (especially Germany) primarily due to two reasons

1. I have a medical condition called Hyperhidrosis in which I start sweating excessively once the temperature goes above 30°C and average temperature in Europe remains pretty low
2. Better work life balance - I know that taxes are very high in Europe like 45-50% but in my case I'll be more happy if I have more free time rather than more money

I know language would be a barrier but I'm willing to learn a new Language and also I'm a fast learner
