How to get a release from a project?

These days its really challenging to do so.

They only release people under the following situations in my opinion:

1. Budget cost-cutting
2. Poor output from the employee
3. Poor behaviour/violation
4. Special reasons (need to have good connections with your immediate manager and supermanager to do so)
5. If the client doesnt want you
6. If the RMG feels that your skills are better utilized elsewhere
