Trending @Accenture; How to get a release from a project?

Hey everyone,

New to this forum and as the title says I am looking to get a release from my current project which I have been a part of for about 2 years. I have been raising release requests for about a year now. My project manager just keeps pushing the dates. My CC keeps acting like its a new issue every time I bring it up. It has reached a point where I cannot continue working any further.

What would you guys suggest that I do?

In which domain you are ? And from when did you raise the requests ?

I am in SnC, and working on a ATCI project. Last I raised a request was about 4 months back. Yesterday they further extended my date by 2 more months

If you are Analyst then you have right to ask for a roll off. You have to constantly mail them because they will not listen you. Show them you are not interested in working in this project. If still they are not taking any action. Don't stay here, try to switch.

I know exactly what you are going through. I also had the same issue. Roll off requests don't work. First thing to try is you can ask roll off from project after 18 months by keeping hr in loop. Still if your HR is puppet of your Senior manager this won't work.

So next thing is risky and will make you scap goat for PIP. So I would recommend this after you get hike during June. Take a long medical leave. With proper medical certificate. Say you need rest. They will have no alternative but to find a replacement. So when you return they will have a replacement of yours and they will have to move you out because they won't have the budget to make you continue.

Hey thanks for your input! I asked a few friends and they too suggested involving HR. Will give this a shot!
