
How to Get a Promotion with a Decent Hike Without Leadership Support?
I’ve been at Accenture for over 3.5 years in a design role but haven’t received a single promotion yet. I’m certain that my People Lead won’t actively support my promotion to leadership, so I need to find a way to make it happen on my own.
Would upskilling through regular training (I get emails about them) or Workday Learnings help? Or is it better to focus on high-impact projects and strategically showcase my contributions?

3.5 years of experience is decent experience in Accenture. If you are looking for bigger challenges, better comp, growth - why not switch?
