Trending @Wipro; How to get a promotion from B3 to C1 quickly?

As per my personal exp, completely upto you project and practice. 1st B2 to B3 - Account gave up and my practice manager tried very had got it done in very short interval. 2nd B3 to C1 - My manager kept saying will be done in upcoming quater and then I have nominated you but it never happened in 01 year. Finally I got release from project but promotion did not happen. Do consider Role based Promotion, 24 months diff from last promotion, trainings and certifications done in current and previous quaterly
